JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST PROPOSITION 112
Proposition 112 is an extreme ballot measure that would effectively ban oil and natural gas production in Colorado. It would force new oil and gas development to be setback a minimum distance of 2,500 feet from occupied buildings and other designated areas. That’s excessive, and FIVE TIMES the safe distance the industry is already safely — and legally — abiding by.

WHY WE NEED TO CAN THE BAN
The broadly opposed measure on the Nov 6 ballot would essentially ban energy development in Colorado and eliminate more than $26 billion annually in state Gross Domestic Product, according to study findings recently released. Additionally, the study revealed that an excess of $1 billion in tax revenue — and as many as 147,800 jobs — could be lost by 2030, should the controversial proposition pass.

For those who live here and work here in Colorado, we need to come together for our communities and livelihood. Please join Extraction Oil & Gas and VOTE NO ON PROPOSITION 112.
